At Dashay Serenity Treasures, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
  • Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, including personalized or custom-made products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at dashayserenitytreasures@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • Deposits for custom orders, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Seller Cancellation Rights

Dashay Serenity Treasures & PLUS Boutique  reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or website errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.
