Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Dashay Serenity Treasures is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Dashay Serenity Treasures and PLUS Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may be subject to additional shipping charges to be resent.
